For fans of giant robots punching giant monsters, this is a cool one! This is a 7-inch tall action figure of Cherno Alpha, the rugged Russian Jaeger from the first Pacific Rim movie. It's a brand new figure, though it comes in a simple polybag rather than a fancy window box. It's made of plastic and has decent articulation (probably at the shoulders, hips, etc.) so you can pose it for battle. The detail looks pretty good for a figure at this price point – you can see all the heavy armor and that distinct hammer-head design. It's an unbranded/generic figure, but it captures the character well. It's from the 2002-Now era of collectibles. This is a perfect gift for a Pacific Rim fan, a kid who loves robots, or a collector who wants a shelf presence without spending hundreds on a high-end statue. Given the theme is TV, Movie & Video Games, it'll fit right in with other sci-fi collectibles. Made in China.
