It's a water pump pulley, meaning it mounts right onto the front of your water pump. The 'dual groove' design lets you run two separate V-belts – handy for alternator, power steering, etc. The surface finish is 'natural,' so it's bare, uncoated aluminum with a machined look. Brand is HotRodChrome. Manufacturer part number is HR99479. It's a direct replacement fitment part and comes with a 1-year warranty.
