It comes with a black backing plate attached, so you can often just pop out the old one and clip this in. The glass is aspherical (that means slightly curved to reduce blind spots), clear color, and the dimensions are about 16.3cm x 12.4cm (6.42\ x 4.88\). Diagonal size is 16.7cm (6.57\).
